Dishing The Dirt

I'm become hopelessly addicted to celebrity news.  The sad part is, I don't even know who half of these people are, other than seeing them in the tabloids or when I read Perez Hilton.  I've also gotten my co-worker hooked on Perez and we discuss.

I've seen a million ads both on TV and on the gossip sites advertising Dirt. It looked intriguing.  The season premiere was last night and now I fear I'm hooked.  Courtney Cox leads as Lucy Spiller, a cold-hearted editor of two tabloids that need a huge boost.  It helps that she's very attractive and intelligent and seems to have only a tiny little shred of a conscience or heart.  She's ruthless. 

Her mags dish the dirtiest dirt and you have to wonder how the real life tabs get it and how much of what they get is true.  Although the editor of the Star and the National Enquirer denies that the show is based on any actual tabloids, it makes for an interesting storyline.

I really liked Dirt so now, the question is, shall I do recap (with spoilers?)every week or should we just discuss?

Dirt sounds like a good show.

I'll have to get it on DVD later, as I'm still living in the Stone Age, and don't have cable TV.

Six Feet Under is another one I'd like to have.
