I've recently done a lot of reading on some of Michigan's more notorious serial killers and taken lots of notes and am formulating some entries about them. I've had to put it aside for a bit though, as it is even getting to my cold shriveled little black heart, reading about the degradations these women suffered.
Reading about John Norman Collins, the so-called Co-Ed Killer who haunted the Eastern Michigan University and University of Michigan areas back the in late 60s has particularly gotten to me. So we're still on Fluffy mode for a while.
I got confused on the name of the killer, John Norman Collins, after reading "The Michigan Murders". In the book, he was referred to as John Armstrong.
What a monster this guy was. I'm nearly finished with the book. Thanks for recommending it, Lisa.

His name is really John Norman Collins.
There is some recent evidence that there was another serial killer operating in the same area during the same time. He's locked up on an entirely different crime, though and if I can ever remember his name, I'll tell you.
