Sometimes, I am quite the lazy cook. (Note To Self: Should that really read "sometimes"?).
I love macaroni and cheese. It has to be made a certain way.
This is the never fail, comfort food version I love.
One box Velveeta and Shells
One package Echrich Little Smokies sausages
French's Fried Onions, cheddar flavor
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the shells and drain. Put the drained shells in a casserole pan with the cheese sauce and the sausages. Sprinkle the french fried onions around the edges. Bake covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes more to brown the french fried onions. Let sit a few minutes before serving.
Obviously, this is a big hit with all Adkins fans.
Yummy, that sounds great! I love Mac & Cheese but my ass and hips say, "Whoa lady, are you crazy? Do you know how many fat grams are in that? Hello? Why don't you just tape that box to your ass, cause that's were it's going!" A couple of years ago my boss took us all out for a Christmas lunch to a great restaurant in Williamston, fancy food and all and what do I see on their menu? Homemade Mac & Cheese and YES I did order that and I might add, it was GREAT!!!!
