Dear Dish Network Customer Service,
I was always very happy with you until this Christmas. Then, we started to have a rift in our relationship. You turned off my dish twice during very important shows through no fault of mine. An error on your part as you have admitted. It has taken three phone calls to get this straightened out.
Today, during the 25:03 minute phone call to recify this problem once and for all, I have to listen to shameless advertising on your hold music declaring how J.D. Powers and Associates has ranked you number one in customer satisfaction.
This is bullshit. Aleshia, whom I spoke to tonight, I told you at least three times not to take it personally but this is abysmal customer service, three phone calls, one for over 20 minutes, to resolve a problem that should have been resolved during the first one and was your mistake to begin with.
You suck ass Dish Network. Give J.D. Powers my phone number.

Yep dish blows. I called dish to get service And they had some outfit called suburban services come and set me up with dish. It did not not work after the guy was there for ten hours. I called the next day and they sent out a guy that made it work in 5 min. The next day the service did not work. I called and a guy was there in 4 days. He said that a tree was in the way. So when it was windy I would have no service. The guy moved the dish to a new spot on the roof and it worked for 5 days. The next guy to come out and could not get it work. He said that it must be a bad receiver and that he did not have one. so here I sit with no dish network. Thanks
