Word of The Day Today

The word of today at the wonderful Merriam Webster site http://www.m-w.com/ is "bruit."

That was one of my words for vocabulary for AP English in high school and I have long since forgotten it. I shall endeavor to rework it into my everyday use.

A truly wonderful useful word, indeed.
