Tonight, we had oven fried pork chops and stuffing.
Four bone in pork chops
2 tablespoons margarine
Bread crumbs
Seasoning
Melt margarine. Mix bread crumbs with your season of choice. I like garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper, and Parmesan. Brush chops with melted margarine, then roll in bread crumbs. Sprinkle leftover butter on top of pork chops. Cook covered at 350 for 50 minutes. Remove cover and cook 10 more minutes.
Stuffing? Well, Stove top does it best.
This also works well with chicken breasts and gives you the illusion of frying, although you are actually baking.
